We would never have been able to report today that we have had 35 successful years of double face correction between double discs grinding wheels, without developing a specific technology and acquiring a know-how that made the difference with any competition. This technology and our know-how have enabled us to offer the following advantages to our clients and our future clients :

State of the art equipment : All machines are recent or refitted frequently.

Adaptability : The 12 double face grinding machines are capable of very extreme workloads.

Reactivity in an emergency : In an emergency we can get an order out in two days compared to a non emergency timing of five days.

Guarantee of production : Back-up machinery is available in case of a breakdown in any machine.

Maintenance Security : We have a full stock of spare parts and thanks to our know-how which has been built up and improved upon over the years we train our own maintenance technicians which enables us to repair 90% of our machines within a four hour period following breakdown.

Polyvalence de production : MECA-RECTIF works on uncut parts from 8 mm to 220 mm in diameter. A production series can go from a few hundred parts to a few million parts.

Capacity : 1 500 000 corrected parts per month.

IS : Thanks to our partner CEGID we have a modern up to date state of the art IS production system.

Know-how : MECA-RECTIF can work with mass production in a standard way with the following constraints:
            o CPK = 2
            o Ra = 0.4
            o Tolerances < 20 Microns

along with other constraints specific to the automotive sector that enables us to answer to our clients needs successfully.
