Quality and research of a faultless product have always been the fundamental issues of MECA-RECTIF. MECA-RECTIF has the following certifications : 

 MECA-RECTIF
        -ISO 9002 Certification version 1994 which we have held since 2001 
        -ISO 9001 Certification version 2000 which we have held since 2004
        -ISO TS 16949 currently undergoing Certification (should be certified in 2008)

Machine Operator Training
-Training is organised in small teams, with one trainer for each team. The machine operator is therefore continuously evolving in accordance with the ISO TS specifications.
-Each team has an allocated timeframe (taken from production time) to pass on information to the other teams. 
-Each and every manual gesture « recovery of parts » is controlled by a visual control from reception control to the control of the final product in its ex works state. 
-Operation instructions are posted in each working area

-Quality in the organisation of logistics 
-Modernisation of the management of the company on a permanent basis 
-Maintenance Procedures for all machines which includes procedures on the IT traceability of all maintenance and preventive maintenance carried out. 

We have the know-how (and our machine operators are trained) to adapt the quality of our products to the needs of our customers and practice 100% quality control or Statistical Process Controls.
