Profile :  Established in 1970 our company MECA-RECTIF is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company specialising in the process of double face grinding for the automotive industry.

Products : The double face grinding is a precision process which consists of placing metallic parts between two grinding wheels, in order to obtain the exact thickness needed.

Product specification : The strict respect of the different aspects and requirements of our clients   : tolerances, the surface requirement, thickness, flatness, evenness, and alignment, along with, batch quantities, means that this activity needs strict and perfect quality control and extreme care in making the products.  The precision of the parts is between a standard of  ± 20 microns but can also be adapted to ± 5 microns if necessary. 

 

        

 

Position : The specific know-how that MECA-RECTIF has in the precision process and the use of machines are adapted to small and large quantities is one of the reasons that we have become a leader in our market and have become an important part of the value chain for automotive manufacturers.


Our History : MECA-RECTIF was established during the 1970’s and was specialised in thickness and roundness of flat parts.  In 1995 MECA-RECTIF went through its first stage of innovation by working on technical parts with a more complex geometer.  With this new specialisation MECA-RECTIF grew from 10 employees to 40 in less than 10 years and had a turnover of nearly € 2.7M in 2006.


Management : In May 2004 a new management entered into MECA-RECTIF bringing new technical and marketing experience.  MECA-RECTIF now has more expertise in R&D and continues to advance in new technologies and the development new services.
