The strategy that MECA-RECTIF management has put in place in the factory which is organised in 2 x 8 hours shifts in order to answer to special requests or overnight or weekend shifts when needed. The production teams are motivated and organised to be able to integrate fully into this organisation and to take on temporary workers and to train them when necessary.
With the maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures in place no machine has ever been out of order for more than a 48 hour
period.
